AFD’S INVESTMENT FUND PROPARCO JOINS AS STRATEGIC AFRICARENA PARTNER AND SPONSOR.
AfricArena announces a strategic partnership with latest sponsor, Proparco, a subsidiary of Agence Française de Développement focused on private sector development.
Cape Town, 31 August 2018 – AfricArena today announced Proparco as a formal sponsor and strategic partner. Proparco is a subsidiary of the French Development Agency or Agence Française de Développement (AFD).
Earlier this year at VivaTech French president Emmanuel Macron announced €65m funding to be deployed through the French Development Agency into African startups and ecosystem accelerators.
